Most installers cut corners on the parts you can’t see. We don’t. The same HUD-certified crew, the same equipment, and the same name behind every set, level, and repair.

Meet Joe.

Family-owned · Streator, IL
25+ years of honest work, built around family.
My name is Joe, and for more than 25 years I've proudly served our community through honest work, dependable service, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Alongside my fiancée, Jill, and our three children, I've built my life around family, integrity, and helping others.
Throughout my career, I've specialized in manufactured home setup and lot preparation. From site work and grading to home setting and installation, I take pride in helping transform an empty lot into a place a family can call home.
As housing costs continue to rise, I believe manufactured housing provides an affordable and practical path to homeownership for many families. I'm passionate about helping change the outdated perception of “trailer parks” by showcasing the value, quality, and long-term reliability that modern manufactured home communities can offer.
At SetCo, everything is built on integrity. I believe in treating customers fairly, standing behind my work, and delivering quality results that people can depend on for years to come. Whether it's preparing a site, setting a home, or completing the details that make a property move-in ready, my goal is always the same: provide dependable service and workmanship that families can trust.
For me, this work is about more than moving homes and preparing lots—it's about helping create opportunities for affordable homeownership and contributing to communities where people are proud to live.
Homeownership thatactually adds up.
The average new site-built home runs around $250,000. A brand-new manufactured home lands far lower — and we’ll help you find financing to make it yours.
